I stumbled upon this gorgeous wee cat yesterday and simply thought, damn, that cat looks happy!  Meditation is certainly something I've always been interested in and I am really, really trying...but it's tough.  Finding the time to sit down for 10 minutes in silence is not something we are trained to do - but the more you read about it, the more you realise just how important this silence is for our health.  On that note, I'm off to yoga to try and quieten my mind (if only for 90 minutes!).  Hope you all have a ohm-tastic weekend x
